The Transform Hub Group is proud to announce the opening date for the latest Hub franchise, Transform Hub Fleetwood.
Opening on Monday, March 6th at Britannia Court off Copse Road (adjacent to the famous Fisherman’s Friend factory) Transform Hub Fleetwood offers members a stylish, professional, and welcoming community to enjoy exercise, be educated on nutrition, cultivate a strong, positive mindset and transform from the inside out.
Transform Hub Fleetwood is a ladies-only boutique group personal training studio built on the ethos of fun, friendship, and sustainability.
Members are encouraged to participate in the 6-Week Challenge before deciding to commit to an ongoing membership.
Coaches work with clients on a 1:1 and group basis to offer tailored coaching, nutrition education, accountability and mindset support.
If fat loss is the desired goal, members can expect to lose a stone (14lbs, 6.3kg) within the initial 6-week challenge.
From Transform Member To Franchise Owner
Transform Hub Fleetwood is owned and operated under franchise by Debra Phillips. Debra is a member of Transform Hub herself and loved her experience so much, she jumped at the opportunity to own her own Hub and help other busy mums to achieve their goals.
Debra was featured as a member of the month back in May 2022. Here’s what she had to say as a member at that time;
“I can’t thank the hub enough they are exceptional at what they do and help and guide you along the way to reach your goals.
I started my journey in early 2022 purely to get fit for my 5 year old as I had gone up to a size 14 and had fat everywhere on my body and felt awful about myself. Now at 54 years old I’m back down to a size 10 and feeling 34 again.
It has given me a new lease of life, more energy, eating more and not obsessed about food. I’m happier with my appearance again which has in turn has given me confidence.
I think I’m probably fitter and mentally fitter than I’ve ever been, so much so that I’m starting a new business at my age, because it has given me that much more confidence, but not least, the classes and the ladies that go to them and the trainers are all fantastic and we are like a big family.
I can’t thank you all enough”
